Regular Piano Tuning Service in SF

Service Description

The regular schedule service is our standard house call piano service that is booked on our regular schedule. It starts with cleaning your piano keyboard by opening the piano cabinet and reaching those spots in the back of the keys where the dust collects. This part takes around 5-10 minutes. We then proceed with piano tuning which can take anywhere from 45 minutes to over 60 minutes depending on how long it's been since your piano was last tuned, the ability off the instrument to stay in tune, the scale of the piano etc. The entire piano is tuned, all 220 strings. Then, some music is played in order to get the better idea of how the harmonies and unisons sound. This goes for about 5-10 minutes and during this process we do fine touch ups or fine tuning. The entire session from start to finish may take anywhere from 60-90 minutes and occasionally over 90 minutes.
